It is my honour to reach out to you today on behalf of Her Celestial Majesty, both myself and Her Celestial Majesty hope this message finds you in good health.
For most of the past 70 years the governments ruling China have been in conflict with your own at various levels of severity. From direct confrontation in the Korean War to a thawing of relations following the Sino-Soviet split and then a worsening earlier last decade. It is the hope of the Celestial Empire that with the complete removal of Communism from the Chinese state we may be able to once again return to at minimum a level of friendship between our states of peoples.
For this purpose I would like to send Her Highness Ming Shu, Princess of the Celestial Empire, as the Ambassador from the Dragon Throne to the freedom-loving people of the United States. I would also like to request a meeting between yourself and Her Highness or another member of your department you find suitable to begin talks on the renewed thawing of relations.
