I hope the recent re-appearance of the Australian nation on the world stage has been well. I have been forwarded a word from our Prime Minister that Thailand is eager to re-establish a friendly, and cooperative relationship between our two nations.

I would like to request a private meeting between myself and you to discuss the future of our bilateral relationship and potential immediate collaboration that we can implement. Please inform me of your convenient time and the preferable agenda from your side for me to prepare for. I will be bringing an aide of myself, whom I am mentoring her to be the my replacement in this embassy.

I thank you for considering this communication and I again forward our nation commitment to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the Republic of Thailand and the Commonwealth of Australia.

The Thai Ambassador, Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, would walk out from the Thai Embassy with her aide, both are suited in black with their name etched in gold hues. Her aide, ten years younger than her, would handle the brown briefcase, the Foreign Minister emblem was shining bright.

Upon reaching the Department for Foreign Affairs, she and her ambassador would follow a procedure of the Australian Department, requesting a meeting with the Minister themselves. As she entered the office, she would offer a handshake, speaking in an Australian accent. “Thank you for meeting with me, Minister Pritchard. How are you today?”

With the Thai delegation arriving at the Foreign Affairs building, they would've been escorted through the building into the meeting room where the Minister and a few aides would be waiting. The Thai flag would be draped on a gold pole, a few refreshments would be laid out on a table.

The Minister would extend his hand, shaking the Thai Ambassadors hand ensuring it was a firm handshake "My pleasure Ambassador, I'm doing quite well and how about yourself?" the Minister would gesture for the Thai to a seat, the Minister taking the opposite seat, then taking a notebook out and a pen to begin taking notes along with the aides.

Ambassador Busadee would be relatively delightful during the conversation with the Australian Minister. “Thank you for asking. I’ve been doing great lately, and the Ministry’s tea is still exceptional.” She would chuckled as she spoke.

“It’s been quite a year now since I last visited this office, it’s still as animated as ever. How is the internal affairs of Australia? I haven’t heard a lot lately about the current state. Thailand has been preparing for our talks for a while now, and I am happy to be the one executing it.”
