Good Morning Minister Kwiatkowski,

I am contacting you today in hopes of setting a meeting later this week to begin discussing the diplomatic relations between our two nations. President Tymoshenko and her administration has placed great importance on improving the relationship with our eastern European neighbors. Poland has been seen as a beacon of stability following the collapse of the Soviet Union. With the changes in our current government, we are now hoping to do the same.

I feel we have a great deal to learn from Poland and look forward to working together as partners. From trade to defense, Ukraine is ready to move forward with nations such as Poland and Türkiye. I am sure we will have a wonderful conversation. If you have availability, I would like to meet with you at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs at your earliest convenience.
