More Information IDEEA is the Honourable Company's only state-controlled intermediary in the area of exports and imports of the entire range of military and double-purpose products, technologies, and services. The company is actively involved in pursuing the national policy of the Company in the area of military technical cooperation with foreign countries. The official status of exclusive state-controlled special exporter provides IDEEA with unique opportunities of enlarging a long-term mutually beneficial collaboration with international partners, of stregnthening the Company's leadership in the global arms market. In its activities, IDEEA supports implementation of large-scale projects aimed at the improvement of defence capacity of partner countries, and at comprehensive consolidation and innovative development of enterprises and entitites of India. IDEEA's operations are overseen by the Governor-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and are carried out in full compliance with rules of international law and provisiions of the GA Charter, international commitments in the field of arms export control assumed by India. Only official national defense and law-enforcement agencies of partner countries can be end consumers of the military goods supplied by IDEEA.	More Information Partnership Partners is the term used by IDEEA for nations with special status under India's export policy. Partners are nations that India considers close allies with the Company and as such Partners have access to products which non-partners do not and as such can purchase more advanced equipment. Alternatively, nations can purchase a Partnership Account with IDEEA for a one-time payment of $300,000,000.00 and be granted access to all partnership products. IDEEA and the Company do, however, hold the right to deny or terminate Partnership at any time without proper explanation. The one time payment of $300,000,000.00 is non-refundable. By purchasing a Partnership Account, you are agreeing to these terms.	More Information IDEEA will not nor possesses the rights to sell any shares of any Indian company nor will they or possess the rights to sell or give domestic production rights of Indian equipment. To do so please contact the government of the Honourable Company for authorization. IDEEA does not take responsibility for how the equipment sold is used. IDEEA sells all products with the intentions that they are used only for deterrence, humanitarian, and defensive purposes and that they remain approved by international law and GA charters. Nations and partners who purchase from IDEEA cannot sell, trade/exchange, donate/give, or through any other method provide purchased equipment to third parties without expressed permission from IDEEA or the government of the Honourable Company. Nations and partners who purchase from IDEEA cannot use purchased equipment for their own technological engineering without expressed permission by the government of the Honourable Company. IDEEA holds the right to deny any purchase without given reason. IDEEA holds the right to change listed prices and products at any moment. IDEEA holds the right to withdraw maintenance licenses if sold products are used for actions against India and her allies or if used equipment is used in ways that go against GA charters. IDEEA holds the right to keep the payment and deny delivery of equipment purchased if the terms of service are broken by the client. All products are subject to 20% VAT. Arjun MK.I Main Battle Tank Partnership Required The Arjun is an entirely Indian third-generation main battle tank focused for export. Equipped with a 120mm rifled tank gun with capabilities of firing: ATGMs, HEAT, APFSDS, HESH, PCP, and Thermobaric rounds. Requiring a crew of 4 and a vehicle range of 450 km. It is a vehicle capable of evening the field against even the most modern systems.. $6,663,000.00/unit​	OFB Aditya Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected Vehicle No Partnership Required The Aditya is a mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicle able to survive up to 14 kg of explosives.
